Who Can We Believe? (SS)

Well for me I choose to believe those who have their own journey/story to tell and are telling it to us - if we will listen.

After my hysterectomy in 2002 when I was at my sickest, and most desperate my journey led me to try to find a doctor in my area that would provide me with hormones. Not just any hormones - Bioidentical Hormones. Seeing how my dr just slapped a patch on me and sent me on my way I was in desperate need for a different dr. BTW, that patch he sent me on my way was the hormones that are made from horse urine (more on that in another post).

In my search one day I heard about Suzanne Somers (SS) and her website. http://www.suzannesomers.com I spent the entire day looking it over. Before I knew it I was purchasing and devouring her first, second and third books "The Sexy Years", "Ageless" and "Breakthrough". Her website contains chapters and excerpts so check it out - but really just buy the books. I go back to them constantly because there is soo much to absorb!

Words can not express just how (SS) and her journey in these books opened my eyes! I will never be able to thank her enough!!! This is a woman who has gone thru quite a journey and she is telling all! She really, really, and I mean really understands hormones, anti-aging, menopause, supplements, health, and so much more! Not to mention battled and won cancer.

She is making it her life-long journey to be a voice for us. As she says on her website; "Learning about health and hormones has become my life's passion.
